Ho Chi Minh City , Vietnam -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/30/2011 -- Vietnam’s only A–Z service provider of real estate and hospitality projects Serenity Holding has grown into a household consultant name for distinct resort developments and management. Since its inception in 2002, the now at 12 million USD valued Dutch company is on the right track in becoming Vietnam’s largest hospitality management company with their own in-house designed and managed Fusion and M2Boutique resorts and hotels. In September this year, a private investor acquired 30% of stake from the 2 co-founders and shareholders, Marco van Aggele and Louk Lennaerts.

Serenity’s new shareholder has actively raised funding to invest in Serenity's Fusion and M2Boutique projects, adding property investment to Serenity’s business activity. Thanks to this, Serenity’s professionalism and lifestyle concepts will for sure be taken to the next level. CEO of Serenity Marco van Aggele explains, “With our new partner we are able to act more aggressively in the market in search for good projects that enhance people's style of life. In the current market, each project has a certain degree of financial stress. Traditionally, we could offer our services to those who wish to make a project more feasible with less cash flow. Now we can also show commitment to our concepts by participating financially. Our creativity has always been the key element in developing distinct projects ahead of the "hospitality" curve.

With this financial "piece of mind", my partner Louk and I can focus more on developing the business from the creative side.”

In Vietnam the pressure for hotel developers to maintain profitability and return against the backdrop of increasing development and land costs continues to be the biggest threat to development companies. Serenity however is uniquely placed, as the company is the only fully vertically integrated hospitality company. With their own in-house designers and project managers, Serenity is able to take a more complete view of every project that is undertaken seeing a project from both a developer’s and a hotelier’s point of view. This holistic appreciation allows balancing the competing needs of delivering a top-tier product to our guests with creating a return for our shareholders. Furthermore, the approach ensures that the Serenity values remain embedded in all stages of the development of any project, enabling them to offer the optimal equilibrium to Serenity’s guests, shareholders and employees. Currently Serenity is working on 15 diverse hospitality projects from A-to-Z. some of which they hold financial interest.
