The Peninsula Tokyo Welcomes New Director of Food and Beverage

 

Tokyo, Japan -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/02/2012 -- Kieron Hunt joins The Peninsula Tokyo luxury hotel(http://www.peninsula.com/Tokyo/en/default.aspx) as Director of Food and Beverage, the latest appointment in a distinguished hotel and food and beverage career.

Mr Hunt began his career in 2001 as Food and Beverage Duty Manager at the Four Points Sydney Hotel by Sheraton, before relocating to England in 2003 where he was Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage for the Chelsea Football Club in London. From there, he built his career with Intercontinental Hotels in the United Arab Emirates and Hilton Hotels in China, and prior to joining The Peninsula Tokyo, Mr Hunt served as Director of Operations of the Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao.

As Director of Food and Beverage, Mr Hunt will oversee the hotel’s four restaurants and bar – Peter, Peter: The Bar, Hei Fung Terrace, The Lobby and The Peninsula Boutique & Café - together with Room Service and Events, which includes banquets, meetings and weddings.

Mr Hunt was born in Sydney, Australia and is married with a son.
