An annual commercial real estate award, the SPACE awards recognizes the most innovative commercial real estate projects across the Raleigh-Durham market. Capital Associates, a commercial real estate development company, negotiated a build-to-suit agreement with The Chef’s Academy under a long-term lease for a 24,000 square-foot building located at 2001 Carrington Mill Blvd.
“We could not be more excited to have our campus recognized with a Triangle Business Journal SPACE award and to be a part of the Triangle community, educating the next generation of culinary professionals,” said Jayson Boyers, national division president of The Chef’s Academy. “The work that has been accomplished to create this state-of-the-art facility is astounding, and we know that without the support and backing from local Triangle businesses, this vision of a culinary institution would not have come to fruition.”
