It was found that the institution takes great care to protect the welfare of its clients and staff, and all publicity materials produced by the institution are accurate and truthful.” The EAQUALS inspectors identified community initiatives and support to the students as an area of excellence in the institution.

Founded in 1991, EAQUALS is a pan-European Association of language training providers, aiming to promote and guarantee quality in modern language teaching institutions. To achieve these aims, it has established and published a demanding set of criteria for membership. These criteria are laid out in the form of a Code of Conduct, Student and Staff Information Charters and are followed through by a rigorous inspection scheme.
