The new 30,000 square ft, two-story building will house a diverse array of outpatient programs including radiology, physical therapy and a spine clinic. The complex will be UNC Hospital’s first building to be LEED Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

DETAILS:
- The center is located at the intersection of Route 54 and Finely Golf Course Road
- The imagining technologies offered at this facility will include general radiography, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, mammography, ultrasound and bone densitometry.
- The complex will incorporate a covered loading dock designed for the operation of two mobile imagining trailers, a covered patient drop-off, bicycle storage and recycling facilities.
- Occupancy is expected in Spring 2011.
