AdutanteH5's Quality Control module has also added new enhancements; while listening and grading calls has always been a standard feature for our call recording software, the new AdutanteH5 version allows for general quality control forms to be graded. Managers can now conduct daily, weekly, quarterly, or yearly reviews of an employee's overall performance as well as any other QC form, and it does not require a recorded call to be attached.

The new AdutanteH5 1.6.0 version also takes advantage of the powerful VSLogger Server technology, and can record on a variety of lines such as: Analog, proprietary digital PBX, T1/E1, ISDN, PRI and VoIP lines.
