Fort Lauderdale, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/17/2014 -- The Art of Aircraft (artofaircraft.com), a special collection of Steven Greenwald Design, Inc., will display at the Grand Opening of the Museum of Discovery and Science's (MODS) newly renovated To Fly Aviation Station. The aviation-themed fine art display, which will show for a limited time in the MODS main lobby, will feature artwork from The Art of Aircraft's Frank Martin Collection. The exhibition will be displayed on Friday, December 19, and Saturday, December 20, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, respectively. With new attractions and features, To Fly will allow guests to explore multiple interactive displays and aviation stations throughout the exhibit. Frank Martin's featured work in The Art of Aircraft collection bring together an unparalleled composition of fine art and aviation, capturing stories of flight with color and vivid imagination through a mix of print, collage, graphics, mixed media and acrylic. With award-winning techniques using multi-layered abstract paintings, the artwork assists in expressing the story about the history of flight, aligning with views of the MODS in an effort to show the importance of aviation and space exploration.
