Pictora allows users to upload 40 photos per book and choose one of eight covers. Photos can be uploaded directly from the phone with a simple "Review" and "Upload" button function. The app is free, and can be downloaded to any smartphone platform. Once photos are uploaded, the user can create a specialized photo book printed on high-quality 300 GSM paper. Each page is perforated for easy detaching, allowing users to put individual photos into a frame, send as a postcard or exchange with others.
Those who pledge $15 will receive a supporter album and free shipping by April 2015. A $30 pledge will secure two albums with free shipping, and a $65 pledge will receive four albums as well as a Pictora photo frame. Those who pledge $120 or more will receive six Pictora albums, two photo frames and will be beta testers for Pictora.
