Rob DeForge Launches Kickstarter Project for "Don't Know? Ask a Pro"

Crowdfunding is sought to bring a first-of-its kind concierge service to people who need answers to complicated or technical questions via mobile technology.

Sarasota, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/09/2015 -- Most people pick up the phone when they need to consult an expert on any given topic. Visionary entrepreneur Daniel Grenier still wants people to do that – just not by making a phone call. He wants them to use the "Don't Know? Ask a Pro" mobile app instead. Available for iPhones and Android-powered phones, the app connects consumers with a network of over 400,000 vetted and verified experts in their chosen field to give people the answers they want to pressing questions quickly and easily.

The Don't Know Ask a Pro mobile app and website were created to give consumers a platform enabling them to go and ask questions and view answers that have been written by licensed professionals. The talented people behind the technology wanted to be able to give these people access to a large pool of qualified licensed professionals to be able to contact and utilize their services. Simultaneously, they also wanted to hold the professional accountable for their services which led to their objective feedback system through which consumers can rate and review their experience empowering other consumers in a similar situation with the information they need to make informed decisions.

Crowdfunding is sought to their entire platform out of beta testing and launch a nationwide rollout as well adding additional features and functionality to round out the established core functionality with the features that one year of beta testing has helped them to identify features consider useful for a superior service experience.

This crowdfunding campaign ends on 4th April, 2015.

About Don't Know? Ask a Pro
The idea for this app came when founder Dan Grenier started to realize that he was constantly answering plumbing questions from friends, family and even complete strangers. He knew there had to be a better way to get people answers to their questions without having to always be on call. While searching for a solution, he discovered that the same problem was prevalent in a number of other industries. He found that some websites had reviews and others had licensed contractors but he found no solution that gave the user real time answers to their questions without any other frills. Being the entrepreneur that he is, he set out to build a solution himself.
