Fahrenheit Yoga Studio Announces One Week of Free Classes for New Students

Brentwood, TN -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/09/2015 -- As the harsh and brutal temperatures of the winter have confined many people to stay in the comfort of their own home, individuals will look to get back in shape as the weather warms up. To encourage new students to sign up for heated yoga classes, Fahrenheit Yoga Studio is announcing a special for one week of free classes for new students.

New students will experience a workout routine in a heated environment that will effectively strengthen the cardiovascular system, aiding in injury prevention. New students are encouraged to arrive early to complete the new student form and settle into the studio with a yoga mat, as well a couple towels due to the amount of sweat generated from Nashville hot yoga sessions. Classes range from 60-90 minutes, and students must stay in the room the entire class. Each room has a temperature of over 100 degrees and a 40% humidity level, and every class ends with instructors providing a cold towel to lay across the face.

Those new to heated yoga are encouraged to drink plenty of water before, during, and after each class while avoiding heavy meals before their session. Pre-registration is not needed, though those who register will ensure their spot in the class is reserved. During the week, there are six classes students can attend. Class sessions fall to four on Saturdays and three on Sundays. Get back in shape and learn 26 yoga postures from one of the renowned yoga studios in Nashville by taking advantage of a free week of classes.

The studio accepts all walk-ins looking to experience the practices and poses that realign posture and tone the muscles. To learn more about the benefits of heated yoga, or to see if Fahrenheit Yoga Studio is the right workout, please visit the website today.
