YMCA of Western Monmouth County offers the 10 percent discount on the first month's tuition

Freehold, NJ -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/23/2015 -- The YMCA of Western Monmouth County announces a 10 percent discount on Freehold New Jersey Childcare for those registering before May 31st. Individuals who sign up by this date receive the discount on their first month's tuition in the childcare program, which provides for children between the ages of zero and five. Children taking part in the program receive the best possible learning opportunities in an environment which is safe, warm and loving, and parents find they feel confident leaving their child with the staff at the YMCA.

"The YMCA of Western Monmouth County understands parents are entrusting the most important person in their life to our care. Children between the ages of zero and six need a wide range of activities to encourage growth, and our childcare staff remains committed to providing these opportunities. The program is state licensed and has been created to develop each child's social, intellectual, emotional and physical growth," Ashley Yurcisin, spokesperson for YMCA of Western Monmouth County, explains.

Infants in the program receive individualized attention in a clean, safe and secure environment, with the goal being to provide a home away from home. The warm, nurturing staff at the center work with parents to create a partnership in caring for the infant. In addition, each child follows their own unique schedule, and parents are kept informed on a daily basis to ensure everyone understands the infant's routine.

"Children between the ages of six weeks and 15 months take part in the infant program. Those who do so become involved in interactive play and self discovery, and quiet time is a part of the daily routine. The staff works to stimulate the natural curiosity of each child, while helping to develop their physical, social and language skills. The environment encourages exploration and growth to ensure each child reaches their full potential," Yurcisin continues.

Children, as they grow, move through various parts of the childcare program. The waddlers program accommodates those ages 15 to 27 months and encourages independence and self-help skills to help the child prepare for the toddler program. This program is for those ages 27 months to three years and provides a structured routine which is also flexible. Here children are introduced to dressing, potty-training and feeding.

"When children potty train, they move up to the pre-school program where interaction and socialization are encouraged. In addition, children are introduced to the computer and may take part in swimming lessons and other activities. Those preparing for kindergarten move to the Pre-K program when they will be entering kindergarten the following September. Children taking part in this program obtain the foundation needed to successfully transition to school. Consider the childcare program at YMCA of Western Monmouth County for all of your childcare needs, as there is a program right for your child," Yurcisin declares.
