Smith has been hired as a hydraulics engineer. He is responsible for working with the firm’s transportation department on roadway drainage projects.

A native of Clarksburg, W.V., Smith adds 15 years of industry experience and expertise in site development, including drainage, erosion control plans, utility plans and profiles. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from West Virginia University. Smith resides in Raleigh with his wife, Susan, and their daughters, Elisabeth and Malakhi.
