Russian Game Developer Launches Indiegogo to Make War Fun

New Game Brings Reality to Gaming

Vladivostok, Russia -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/29/2014 -- Of the top five selling computer games of 2012, three were in the genre of war strategy multi-player. While kids playing video games is a frequent image associated with the industry, the truth is that the average age of the most frequent game purchaser is 35. And the top reasons why gamers say they purchase a computer or video game is because of the quality of the game graphics coupled with an interesting storyline. A Russian game development team has created a video multi-player war game set in Iraq, Souls of War, and has launched an Indiegogo campaign to complete the programming and start the marketing and distribution to consumers.

The game is being programmed for play in a single player or multi-player mode and to allow for weapons and player character customization. The storyline is that one is a soldier in Iraq and they are being forced to choose a side with which to fight. Currently the game is in its alpha programming and testing phase.
