Singapore -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/31/2012 -- iT Learning Solution (iTLS), an IT training provider that operates worldwide and is a long-standing Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of Cisco and NetApp, and most recently with Citrix, announces partnership with TrendsNet Inc, a full-fledged IT education center in the Philippines with almost a decade experience in the industry.

The Singapore-based IT training specialist is slowly gaining a strong presence in the Asian market, specifically in Asia Pacific. This year, iTLS plans to have a more aggressive approach on continuing to make a reputable mark in the region and is actively but carefully seeking relevant and important vendors in order for the expansion to be realized.

In line with this strategy, iTLS has finally signed a partnership agreement with one of the leading IT training centers in the Philippines, TrendsNet.

This partnership is an important step for both parties as each has ambitions of being globally competitive. On one end, iTLS wants to penetrate the Philippine market even more and only thru a channel partner it sees the only way to do so. On the other side, TrendsNet hopes to have a more international presence in the IT training industry.

In a statement by Teofilo Philip San Luis, TrendsNet Managing Director, the aim of this partnership is to have “…wider coverage, flexible learning solution, commitment to quality standard and ability to compete internationally.”

iTLS has been delivering basic to high-end Cisco training and NetApp training for many years now and is continuously collaborating with these vendors, including Citrix from now on, to bring forth advanced IT training. And these courses are delivered all year round in Singapore, India, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand, Vietnam and, yes, Philippines.

In addition, iTLS is also delivering several other top-notch IT courses in cooperation with partner networks. And for a few vendors, iTLS is in fact currently in the process of obtaining ATP status with them.

“We need to grow the business and the brand in the region. We understand that getting a (local) partner involved would prove to be the best, if not the only way to do just that”, says Norbert Jacobsen, Vice-President of iTLS Asia Pacific.

iTLS has already started to surge ahead of competition by innovating IT training with the introduction of its very own original concept of FLEX™ Classroom. Apart from the usual settings of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Instructor-Led Online (ILO), FLEX™ classes allow a student to attend a course either in an actual classroom or via online.

And in ensuring that customers get the proper training they need, iTLS provides state-of-the-art equipment and best-in-the-business technologies along with having industry-respected and vendor-certified instructors to fully solidify their education.

TrendsNet on the other hand delivers more than just IT training. This Philippine IT education center goes beyond the usual delivery of IT training where the student books the course, instructor is provided, teaching starts and it ends.

TrendsNet’s training methodology has some value-added services to it. Instead, the students are given a pre-exam even before the training itself to see what the student knows, no matter how little, about the course. And after the proper training itself, the student is again given a post-exam to check how much he has improved from pre-training.

This way, there will be a quantifiable factor to check and prove the quality of trainings TrendsNet is providing. Therefore, there will always be an assurance to know whether or not the investment, for both the student and the training cost, was worth it. In other words, TrendsNet practically guarantees that their trainings are of high-quality.

These two pioneering IT training providers hope that the collaboration between them will greatly improve the business both ways.
