Ltd for introducing Thailand’s very first Space experience theme hotel and leisure mixed use development in the region – “One Pioneer Space Station @ BB hotel” in the beautiful island of Phuket. The announcement was made on August 27, 2014, during the Ground breaking ceremony in Phuket, which had Phuket’s Vice-Governor, Dr Sommai Preechasilpa as the Guest of Honor along with several other notable overseas guests from Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

OPL Development Pte Ltd is fully owned by Singapore nationals. It is currently aiming to develop a one of its kind One Pioneer Space Station in Phuket Island to offer tourists with a unique experience of space travel, where they will be able to enjoy their holidays in Phuket just like in space. The group will very soon initiate the development of this project, which will begin with the construction of state-of-the-art, iconic architectural design building, the only mixed use development with a space experience theme featuring minus 20 degree Celsius ice planet and galaxy XD experience. Moreover, the project will also feature space dining station, space shopping station, space wellness station, walking through the space tunnel etc. In this development, it also have different activity stations like I-climbing, Moon Landing Craft track & Gym station. Guests may choose to stay in different types of space accommodations and be served by space cabin crews,
