Suleyman Kerimov Victims Group - DDOS Cyber Attack Response

London, UK -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/16/2014 -- The Kerimov Victims Group (KVG) was forced to re-launch its website under a new domain this week- http://www.kerimovictimes.org, since its original site was under attack from the moment it was launched last month.

The KVG said today, January 14th, that as part of its campaign to reveal the truth about Suleiman Kerimov and the damage his actions caused investors, it is unwilling to surrender in the face of cybercrimes and vicious attacks. As promised from the moment they started, the KVG will not allow these cowardly actions to affect its quest for justice and truth. The campaign will continue until authorities launch an investigation into Kerimov’s suspicious and harmful actions.

The KVG calls for an investigations by UK, US & Russia authorities into these cybercrimes, which are clearly intended to prevent the truth from coming into light. The attacks were massive and coordinated, and reached the volume of 50 GBPS at their peak- attacking not only the KVM website, but also the domain registrar Internet.bs and hosting company Squarespace.com causing damage to those companies and their clients by using tens of thousands of infected computers known as “bots”.

The new site KerimoVictims.org was launched as part of the new campaign against controversial Russian politician and businessman, Suleiman Kerimov. The site is calling to initiate an investigation by US, UK & Russian authorities into the actions of Suleiman Kerimov, with regards to his conduct in the Potash sector. The site features details of the suspicious conduct by Kerimov and his colleagues during the months that preceded Kerimov's declaration, as well as a call for action by the authorities in this matter. They KVG encourage others who were hurt by Kerimov's conduct to approach them via the website, who will continue to operate regardless of any attempts to eliminate it, in an attempt to reach as many of his victims as possible.
