The 110lb Hulk: Former Hardgainer's Transformative New Book Cuts Through Fitness Industry Bull; Empowering Anyone to Master Their Body

While he was once 110lbs and a victim of bullying, Canada’s Benjamin Pierce has combined hard work with research and experimentation to not only get the body he always desired, but serve as bold inspiration to thousands of other Hardgainers. Having settled on a concrete action plan that avoids many of the fitness world’s frauds and scams, Pierce has compiled all into his new book - ‘The 110lb Hulk’.

Toronto, ON -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/07/2014 -- Benjamin Pierce was once the weedy 110lb schoolboy who sadly became prey to bullies. Even though the use of weights had allowed him to gain some muscle by Grade 11, he just couldn’t pack any more punch into his body.

Leaving college at 5”6 and 125lbs, Pierce’s rock-bottom self-esteem eventually compelled him to seek solace through trainers at a local gym. While they could help physically, all trainers refused to offer any dietary and nutritional support as Pierce’s size marked him as a liability. This is when he changed his life forever…

“I decided to learn everything there was to know about bodybuilding sciences, nutrition and supplements,” admits Pierce. “I soon navigated through the fitness industry’s lies and manipulated my diet to suit my bodybuilding goals. I eventually hit 175lbs naturally, and even won a body transformation contest.”

Continuing, “That’s when I had an epiphany; that there were thousands of fellow Hardgainers out there suffering in silence while being misled by the fitness industry. I started receiving emails from others wanting to learn my secrets - so many thousands that I was unable to respond to them all. That was the spark of inspiration behind my new book.”

‘The 110lb Hulk’, playing on Pierce’s eventual high school nickname, shows anyone how to achieve the body they have long desired for.

About the author, in his own words:
Benjamin Pierce is a software developer in Toronto, Ontario. When he’s not hitting the weights, he enjoys camping, archery, reading, and the great outdoors. Mr. Pierce recently had the opportunity to train as a boxer and, fighting in a charity event in front of a crowd of over 1000 people, won his amateur debut. He continues to receive more email asking for bodybuilding advice than he can keep up with and is very happy that he now has a good resource to point people to.
