New York, NY -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/18/2014 -- ‘The Worthy Collection’ and ‘Breath of Hope,’ have come together to raise the awareness of the Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) birth defect. The campaign will be released on June1st and last till June 30th. This is an apparel fundraiser by ‘The Worthy Collection’ where $5 from each “T Shirts for a Cause” item purchased would be donated to the charity.
A congenital diaphragmatic hernia is an opening in the diaphragm (the large dome-shaped muscle that separates the chest cavity from the abdomen.) The hole allows the abdominal organs to push into the chest cavity. CDH is a life-threatening birth defect because it limits the growth of the lungs.Breath of Hope, Inc. is committed to educating the public and spreading awareness about this often fatal birth defect.
