The number of road accidents involving animals has increased significantly. Unfortunately, the drivers have no prior warning when an animal suddenly arrives in front of their vehicle. “Animal Aware” is an innovative idea that warns commuters about road obstructions caused by animals. Unique Mind Creations is currently working towards getting “Animal Aware” radar tracking system to the market.
The “Animal Aware” radar antenna’s design allows it to be mounted on the top of the vehicle to omit and retrieve signals without causing any obstruction. With a low clearance for trees and other objects, “Animal Aware” can withstand all weather conditions. The device is capable of retrieving approaching heat signals even when the vehicle is half a mile away from the source of the heat signal. Objects releasing heat signals can be seen on the dash mounted display.
Once released in the market, “Animal Aware” can be used successfully while commuting by vehicle, hiking, camping or doing numerous other things. Unique Mind Creations is currently ready to start manufacturing their advanced animal tracking system. The company has already been in touch with a manufacturer for the same. However, Carl Randolph and his team need funding support to get their project off the ground.
The funding requirement for Carl Randolph’s Kickstarter campaign is $50,000, and amount needs to be raised before January 9, 2015.
