Tara Gilbert is a natural leader who has a hand in training every new Account Representative that joins the Universal Funding team. Twelve years ago, Tara was hired as an Administrative Assistant and was continually promoted into the Account Rep and Senior Account Manager roles. During her tenure, she implemented standard operating procedures, refined training and collaboration amongst the teams, and developed effective procedures to align the team’s success with client satisfaction.

Aside from the principals, Tara is the employee who has been employed with Universal Funding the longest. Prior to joining Universal Tara served as a Claims Representative for Benjamin Media and as an Account Representative at Keytronic for seven years.

She and her husband have three children.
