Visual Artist Martine Gaudissart Set to Showcase Her Work at the Prestigious Conception Art Event to Be Held in New York City

New York, NY -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/16/2014 -- Martine Gaudissart, a contemporary artist residing in San Antonio, Texas, invites art lovers, critics and journalists across the country to view her artwork at the prestigious event Conception to be held at the Cutting Room in New York City.

Conception is one such event that showcases existing and upcoming talent, taking place on 19th September from 7 p.m. onwards at the Cutting Room in New York City. Martine Gaudissart was one of forty artists selected to showcase her work at the event.

Having grown up in France and studied art in Belgium, Martine Gaudissart currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. With her years of experience, she has- and still teaches art classes in several campuses including Northwest Vista College and the Art Institutes of San Antonio, Rio Hondo and Mt. San Antonio Colleges in Southern California. She holds a degree in Multimedia and a Master’s Degree in Video Games and Interactive Media.

Martine Gaudissart has had years of experience in the field of art and has gained a favorable reputation for her works. Martine Gaudissart is also a finalist in the celebrated juried competition, International Art Festival, held in New York City for her work. Her work “Grey Flock” was honored with the position of ‘Artwork of the week’ at the 2014 International Art Festival. Apart from her artwork, Martine Gaudissart has written, illustrated and published three children’s’ books “Kanyon and the Rainbow Stone”, “One Big Berry” and “My Blue Lamb”.
