Watch Fanatics Jerommie Smith and Ryan Bradley Look to Start Producing 'The Ambush' Digital Analog Watch After Unlocking the First Stretch Goal in Kickstarter

The Ambush digital analog watch project is making waves in the Kickstarter community. With more than a fortnight left for the campaign to end, the first stretch goal for the project has already been achieved.

Sidney, IL -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/27/2014 -- Jerommie Smith and Ryan Bradley are avid watch enthusiasts with a wealth of experience in watch repairing, selling, and buying. They firmly believe that different watches are needed to suit the demands of different situations in a person’s life. The company’s latest creation ‘The Ambush’ has been designed specifically for situations where a tactical operator requires a higher degree of precision and accuracy compared to that offered by pure analog watches.

While designing ‘The Ambush,’ Jerommie and Ryan opted for a high-grade Swiss movement for its intended tactical use. These movements are ordered from a Switzerland based factory instead of procuring them from third party sources. As a result, the makers have more control over the entire process. Some other noteworthy features of ‘The Ambush’ includes 44mm case without crowns, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, EPDM rubber strap, blue back-lit LED digital display, alarm, chronograph, compass, dual time zones functionality, and much more.

Jerommie and Ryan started their Kickstarter campaign with the primary funding goal of $40,000. Three stretch goals were also created at significantly higher levels of funding. According to the latest update, the campaign has already surpassed the first stretch goal of $75,000 and looking good to touch the third stretch goal of $100,000.

The project is currently in the design phase. By achieving the stretch goals successfully, Jerommie and Ryan are expecting to adhere to the following production schedule for the project.

The 45 day long production phase to be completed by October 31.

Assembly and quality control to be completed by November 15.

Shipping will start from mid November and the entire process is expected to be completed by the end of November.
