As many ancient spiritual teachings have highlighted for millennia and as modern physics has demonstrated today, everything that exists is made up of light and vibration. In life, the physical realm is connected with the unseen and shifting realm of reality. A veil exists between these two worlds. Ninna Gay’s photographs capture remarkable moments of significance when this veil becomes thinner. They reveal how thoughts and emotions, intentions, beliefs and actions generate powerful yet subtle energies which can positively affect individual and collective evolution through meditations, prayers, ceremonies and meaningful gatherings.
Transformational and stimulating, “SHIFTS: Beyond the Visible” opens the eyes of readers everywhere to our potential wholeness as individuals and as members of many communities around the globe, inspiring us to become empowered and enlightened co-creators.
Ninna Gay is a photographer who has exhibited her work since 1996 in Ireland, Northern Ireland and France. She initially trained in social psychology and later became an energy medicine practitioner in different shamanic traditions (Celtic, Amerindian and contemporary). Since 1998, her spiritual work has blended with her photography. In 2008, Ninna Gay published the first edition of “SHIFTS: Beyond the Visible,” which is the combination of her work and investigations as a photographer, an energy medicine practitioner and author. She also published three photography books: “Beyond the Visible I,” “Beyond the Visible II” and “Beyond the Visible III.” The “Beyond the Visible” trilogy and “SHIFTS: Beyond the Visible” cover ten years of Ninna Gay’s life and travels.
