Baby Swaddle giveaway on BellyBallot, a popular baby names website where you can win baby products by getting the most votes for your baby name. Founder Lacey loves the Woombie baby swaddle and connected with Woombie to cross-promote.
Today is the last day to win a Woombie baby swaddle on http://www.babynames.net. This unique swaddler has a peanut shaped design that imitates the comfort and security of the womb while allowing baby to stretch and move naturally – resulting in better sleep for babies (and parents). BellyBallot offers a fun and interactive new way for parents to name their baby…and through voting can win weekly baby product giveaways.
BellyBallot’s Founder Lacey used the Woombie baby swaddle and this prompted her to want to offer the popular swaddle as a weekly prize.
“A few weeks after our third baby was born, she started having trouble sleeping at night. Traditional swaddle blankets were so much work in the middle of the night, and most of the time she managed to break free from them. We tried a velcro swaddle as well, but again, a lot of steps and she was still squirmy. I was at a baby store when I first saw the Woombie. I was desperate, and it seemed like such a good idea. Little did I know what a life saver it turned out to be. With one zip up the front, the baby was comfortably swaddled, and it even allowed her to place her arms on her chest, yet they were still pulled snug into her body. It was so easy in the middle of the night to change her and feed her with the two way zipper, then in one step, just zip her right back up. We ended up buying a bigger size and using it as well. I love that it helps keep them tight and secure during the baby reflex stage, but still allows them some freedom with their arms close into their body. Many of my friends have used and swear by the [Woombie baby swaddle] as well!”

ABOUT KB DESIGNS, LLC
KB Designs was launched in 2007 by Karen Barski, mother of five, wife, 19-year nurse, Certified Newborn Infant Care Specialist & Instructor, Infant Sleep Consultant, and Parenting Consultant. After many sleepless nights in the middle of the night, Karen invented the Woombie baby swaddle on her grandmother’s sewing machine.
KB Designs has invented a line of signature baby swaddle products (Woombie and Mod’Swad) that helps parents easily transition their new babies from womb to home. Gently hugging the shoulders, tummy and hips, the unique, peanut-shaped Woombie allows for natural movement, softly cocooning your baby without restricting mobility or development. The fabric mimics the feeling of touch and cuddle, re-creating the womb environment that baby felt prior to birth, which is so important for calming baby and preventing flailing arms. The Woombie swaddle has been shown to promote a more natural and peaceful sleep environment for infants resulting in longer periods of sleep with less restlessness- which is why Infant Care Experts recommend the Woombie to institute successful sleep patterns from birth to 6 months. The Woombie prevents issues such as startling, face scratching, overheating and dangerous loose unraveled blankets from covering baby’s face.
Each product is created because of a need Karen identified with her five children. With convenience, safety, and fashion in mind, KB Designs has grown exponentially each year making over a half a million parents and babies very happy.

Since its launch in Winter of 2012, BellyBallot is the fun and interactive new way parents name their baby. Old baby name books and research websites are inadequate to fit the social needs of today’s mom and dad. BellyBallot was created to make the process more fun for everyone. Thousands of parents are now creating their BellyBallots every month, and including loved ones from all over the globe on this special occasion.
A product of love and necessity, BellyBallot was first conceived in 2009 during co-founder Lacey’s baby shower. Looking for a fun way to include her friends and family on choosing the name (along with some much needed help!), Lacey created handwritten ballots of her top 5 boy and girl names. After handing them out to the baby shower guests, they voted for their favorites and dropped them into the “Belly Ballot Box”. The idea was an inspirational success. The excitement and creativity from family and friends was not only a rewarding experience, but helped Lacey and her husband decide on the final winner. The rest is history! The idea blossomed into the community you see today as Lacey wanted all parents to share in the same experience.
