YMC Offers Novel Choices in Wide Pore Reversed-Phase Columns for Bioseparations

Researchers seeking to characterize large biomolecules routinely use LC/MS for the elucidation of structural data. In order to provide researchers with reliable choices for the separation itself, YMC has developed two complementary reversed-phase materials.

YMC Triart Diol-HILIC Is Ideal for Separation of Polar and Hydrophilic Compounds

The two-page brochure from YMC featured below describes YMC-Triart Diol HILIC Columns. Diol-HILIC is ideal for separation of polar and hydrophilic compounds which are not easily retained by reversed-phase (C18, C8, and other) chromatography.

YMC Triart C18 ExRS Columns Ideal for Use on Isomers and Structural Analogs

A four-page brochure from YMC describes YMC-Triart ExRS Columns. The columns feature a C18 stationary phase with "high carbon loading" which increases the phase's hydrophobicity and makes the columns useful for isomers and structural analogs.

YMC Provides Glass Columns for Low Pressure LC

YMC ECO Glass Columns are competitively priced glass columns for almost all types of soft gel and low pressure (up to 30 bar) liquid chromatography applications.

YMC Provides Glass LC Columns for Pilot and Production Scale Applications

Glass Pilot Columns are designed for use in pilot and production scale applications. YMC offers two types of Glass Pilot Columns: one for use with organic solvents (SR), and the other for use with aqueous buffers (AB). Glass Pilot Columns are suitable for all common methods of chromatography, including (but not limited to) normal phase, reversed-phase, or biochromatography.

YMC Triart Columns Described in New 24-Page Brochure

A twenty-four-page brochure from YMC describes YMC-Triart columns for HPLC (5 and 3 µm) and UHPLC (1.9 µm).

YMC Releases 28-Page Brochure Detailing the Silica Particle Technology Used in Their Pro Series Columns

A twenty-eight-page brochure from YMC describes YMC Pro Series columns for HPLC (5 and 3 µm) and Fast LC (2 µm).

YMC Introduces Wide Pore C18 for Bioseparations

Allentown, PA – YMC America has introduced YMC-Triart Bio C18 – a novel, organic/inorganic hybrid silica phase derivatized with C18 (L1 USP designation) based on wide-pore (300Å) particles. This new stationary phase is designed for HPLC and UHPLC separations of proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides, and is particularly useful for biomolecules over 10,000 Da molecular weight.

YMC Website Now Offers Guidance for Bioseparation Choices

Decisions surrounding choices for optimizing LC separations of biomolecules can be confusing, with the pros and cons regarding the variety of choices sometimes overlapping. In response to this, YMC has developed a new feature on its website, wherein their stationary phase options for bioseparations are gathered.

YMC Meteoric Core Columns – Core-Shell Particle Technology Described in 4-Page Brochure

A four-page brochure from YMC describes YMC Meteoric Core columns for UHPLC and HPLC.
