In recent years, a growing community of scientists, doctors, scholars, and activists have orchestrated a renaissance in psychedelic research and practice. Horizons: Perspectives on Psychedelics is an annual forum in New York City that examines the role of psychedelic drugs and plant medicines in science, medicine, culture and spirituality. The largest and longest-running annual gathering of the psychedelic community in the world, the Horizons conference brings together the brightest minds and boldest voices of this movement to share their knowledge, insights, and dreams for the future. Horizons Media, Inc. is a 501c(3) not-for-profit educational charity led by Kevin Balktick, Ingmar Gorman, Ph.D., and James Vasile, Esq. Horizons Media, Inc. conducts no other business besides the pre-conference classes and annual conference and is funded solely by registration and concession sales. All profits go towards producing and improving the following year’s event. Its board members are not compensated.
