For some, real estate is just in their blood. Jonathan became fascinated with the industry at a young age, following high-end listings and sales in print publications before the age of the internet. As time went on, he decided to pursue his passion full-time and since has thoroughly enjoyed helping others achieve their real estate goals. Over the years, he has learned what each person wants in a property can be different and the buying and selling process can be overwhelming for consumers. Representing future property owners and sellers, Jonathan is committed to listening to his clients' needs and utilizing his market knowledge and negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. Jonathan utilizes a "one size does not fit all" approach and understands that each property is unique and has its own story. He also understands both the objective value and subjective value individual properties offer to individual buyers and is an expert in maximizing both to provide clients with the best result possible. Jonathan truly believes that real estate is one of the best investments for quality of life, family planning, and financial freedom and finds great purpose in educating others about the benefits of real estate ownership. When not actively helping buyers and sellers, Jonathan spends a lot of his personal time growing his own real estate portfolio, which spans several different asset classes in multiple states across the country. Having bought and sold a number of properties before, he understands what it feels like to be both a buyer and a seller and applies this experience to his advisor role.
