Dr. Kaplan has successfully completed over 9000 surgeries. He is published in his method of under-the-muscle breast augmentation surgery and has been both lecturer and teacher since this proud accomplishment. All surgical procedures are performed at our modern surgical centers in Altamonte Springs and Melbourne, Florida. Dr. Kaplan has been a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) since 1998.
