After years of serving on corporate event committees and organizing weddings and parties for friends, people around me made me realize where my real passion lie. A healthcare professional by trade, I soon realized that passion which led to the opening of Mita Productions. Mita Productions is an event management firm that prides themselves on providing individualized attention in organizing weddings and other events. Moving to the Bay Area a year and a half ago also brought me closer to the realization that the South Asian brides do not have the type of exposure to wedding planning like their counterparts in Southern California or the East Coast. It’s with this hope I have created my own radio show to bring the Bridal Expo to a radio near you! Join me in this entertaining journey every Sunday from 3pm to 4pm on KLOK 1170AM. The show boasts bridal and event planning at its best! We discuss all aspects of wedding planning, from the time you get engaged to the day you walk down the aisle. Brides-to-be can call in live during the show to ask advice to one of our featured guests who happen to be local wedding professionals.
