Philip McTigue

A combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Philip McTigue served in the Persian Gulf War. He then returned to serve ten years with the Rochester, NY Police Department. During his tenure with the police department, he was a member of a tactical unit, a Field Training Officer, and a NY State-certified Instructor. Philip McTigue is currently employed at Pictometry International Corporation as a Federal Programs Director and has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Homeland Security at the American Military University. Mr. McTigue is a member of the Golden Key Honour Society, Epsilon Pi Phi National Honor Society, International Association of Emergency Managers and a lifetime member of VFW Post 16.
