Due to the delay in the establishment of a working platform, urgent repairs that need to be made cannot be performed in time. It is complex, and often times extensive, to use wooden or steel pipe constructions when establishing a platform.

Working inside the confined space of a large conical mixer or dryer can be challenging. HEINKEL, a leader in the industry in drying and separation, is pleased to announce a new service platform designed for conical vessels for all large sizes. Made of high-strength aluminum, this platform can be easily assembled and disassembled and has non-slip pads for mounting inside the conical vessel. Additional features, such as step-ladders, are also available with the service platform to make access to conical vessel internals, including nauta-type mixers and dryers, easier and safer.

Leaders in the drying and separating, are pleased to announce new Nutsche Filter Dryers in their test laboratory. These dryers can be used as a vacuum dryer, filter dryer, or an agitated nutsche filter dryer and come in the form of pressure, multiple chamber, or vented barrel adaptors. To protect from overpressure, the filter dryers may contain a rupture disk, and multilayer filter plates are optional.

It’s no easy task to install a service platform with the capabilities of providing service inside a confined conical space, but the experts at Heinkel USA have achieved that. After a thorough re-examination, the Heinkel HF Series Filter Centrifuge, F-series was designed as a third generation filtering centrifuge that provides maximum performance, convenience and safety. As always, the method of filter-bag inversion guarantees no residual heel during the discharge process. Since there is consistent feeding, washing and bowl filling, production is maximized.
