I started Safe and Found Safety because I am a SURVIVIOR. A survivor of sexual assault by two of my family members and almost lost my life to both of them. I have experienced mental abuse by a partner. And I am tired of being and feeling vulnerable. I would like to share what I have learned to EMPOWER YOU ALL.
