Originally started in the “Pampas” of Rio Grande de Sul as the “home cooking” three centuries ago until the 1960s when the pioneers introduced this style of grilling to the churrascarias. Our restaurant, Tradicao, pronounced Tra-dee-son, was named after the Brazilian word for “tradition” and founded on the idea to continue this traditional way of grilling.
