The renowned Success of Jesus De La Torre Jr. and Jr's Gourmet Burger has now motivated him to roll out 3rd Heritage Kitchen. This new project will let him prepare standout menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3rd Heritage Kitchen will be opened in October 2018 in Miami Florida in the former Eastern Airlines Employee Lounge by Miami International Airport.
The Kitchen will be housed with the 5 barrel brewhouse, Beat Culture, inspired by retro 1930s and 40s Americana. This collaboration will combine craft beer and a constantly rotating seasonal menu based on locally sourced ingredients. Don't be surprised to see many dishes that incorporate the unique flavors of the beers, ciders, and meads being brewed on site.
