The restaurant recently unveiled its new selection of catering packages and their menus, all consisting of the finest locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients.

For event holders who want premium catering services, the prix fixe party menus begin at $25.00 "per" person for lunch only, and $35.00 for lunch or dinner. Private open-bar options are also available for a 20 person minimum.

Guests will dine on sumptuous dishes by acclaimed chef Janny Kim, and pastries prepared in-house by pastry Chef Jessica Banner. Bistro Blanc is known for its extensive wine portfolio, and includes a selection of over 400 red and white wines, plus house liquors, cordials, and basic mixers. Wedding cakes and other delicacies can also be ordered upon request for special occasions.
