Attard takes many of the principles from her most recent book, The Trinity of Coaching (2014) and brings them to life during the Rize Up! workshops. The tour is designed to show women how to speak to their soul from the inside out, evict fear, and make room for positive sustainable change. Among the topics covered at the faith-centered workshop are changing the way you think to prepare for a new season, taking radical leaps into greatness, and removing fear and hindrances that limit your potential. Participants will learn how to align where they want to be with where they are by creating their own life plan, speak to their emotions, and toss out the negative clutter that keeps them immobile.
