Brenda DuPont Dreams To Convert Her Property Into A Pond House Bed And Breakfast

Payson, AZ -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/07/2014 -- Brenda DuPont who owns The Pond House At Flowing Springs says that becoming an inn-keeper has always been her dream. She has been grooming this property for more than 10 years. But the property has lost its value, thanks to the big recession. So, she is not able to raise funds for converting the property into a Pond House Bed and Breakfast.

She was inspired by Miss Alice who was a brave and tough lady but who succumbed to Cancer. Alice taught her to be patient and grateful. She also taught her that dreams might fade away with time. So, she asked Brenda to act quickly and make her dream into reality.

Since Brenda DuPont is not able to raise funds for converting the property into a Pond House Bed and Breakfast, she is campaigning for support. This property is 6 miles from Payson which is a small town where about 25,000 people live. An Arizona State University campus is coming up at Payson and the campus will initially have 6,000 students. As per a study of the Chamber of Commerce, the campus will grow to accommodate 38,000. Therefore, the need for quality lodging and jobs will grow manifold.

Brenda DuPont says that if people with large hearts contribute for her cause, this Pond House Bed and Breakfast will open. The project consists of 4 phases and for the first phase, she needs $34,000.

The plan is to sell 4" x 8" and 8" x 8" Engraved Bricks to build the "Manzanita Patio" and the "Boat House Patio" in the property. Those who make contributions for the "Donor Recognition" patios by purchasing an Engraved Brick will get a voucher for 1 or 2 nights at the Pond House at Flowing Springs, depending on the size of the brick they purchase. They can come and stay in this 'resort' anytime provided rooms are available.

People who stay here will have facilities like food, outdoor activities and amenities such as the hot-tub, the sauna, the game room, free movie checkout, television, library, Internet hookup with work stations, etc. The 'resort' is ideal for business travelers, university parents, and vacationers looking for the tranquility of the country. She urges everyone to spread word about this project apart from contributing.
