Irvine, CA -- (ReleaseWire) -- 02/28/2014 -- Opening reception was Feb. 1 and over 5,000 people attended the three-hour evening opening. The exhibit runs through March 22 and everyone is welcome to view the non-juried exhibition with many of the pieces for sale. The hours at the Huntington Beach Art Center Gallery are as follows: Tuesday-Thursday from 12-8 p.m., Friday from 12-6 p.m. and Saturday from 12-5 p.m.
Each artist could enter two pieces of work.Dr. Stone's two works are digital paintings. The first one is titled Sweet Spot, a 16x20 fine art digital print and the second one is called First Cause, a 18x24 fine art digital print. Both paintings are printed on fine art paper and then mounted on a black frame with a clear Lucite facing. Dr. Stone says, “I allow the viewer to figure out what I’m trying to convey, as they both are spiritual pieces.” Following the exhibit, the pieces will be located in Dr. Stone's office for viewing.

Dr. Stone’s artistic abilities not only come through in the smiles he creates, but also in the sculptures and paintings he creates. Dr. Stone has more than forty years of experience in restorative and esthetic dentistry for adults. He is a multiple-time international smile gallery award winner. Dr. Stone’s works of gem sculpture and digital painting have won him acclaim.
