Peoria, AZ -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/07/2015 -- Exclusive Surgeries Network, LLC, has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise money to develop a new type of web-based platform to connect surgeons for various procedures.  ESN will connect surgeons and patients through a network that includes a 15-step vetting process.  Patients can choose a surgeon or ambulatory surgery center with confidence and see a real-time cash price for surgeries as well as insurance information and out-of-network costs.

ESN will also educate employees on how to use their medical benefits and will provide wellness programs for employer groups.  Wellness programs will include access to primary care physicians, nutritionists and others who can help employees maintain good health as well as annual wellness fairs.  The platform also includes information on self-insurance for employers.

The website will include a section for surgeon log-in where they can take advantage of a buyer's group to make it possible for small ambulatory surgery centers to have the same supplies at the same cost as larger clinics.  The platform will begin with surgeons in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Dallas, then add Reno, Las Vegas and northern California locations before spreading out to the rest of the country.  The platform will eventually offer free surgical services to those with financial difficulties as well.
