Former NBA Star to Host a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament in Bay Area

The rules of the 3 on 3 basketball tournament are simple. The game will be played fast with 10 minutes each game (running clock), and both teams are only allowed to have a timeout each. In a regular basketball game, a jump ball is held for the first possession of the game, but in this tournament, a coin flip is used to determine which team gets the first possession. If both teams are tied until the 10-minute time has expired, there will be overtime. The team that gets the first basket at the extra time wins the game.
