Barreiro, Portugal -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/20/2014 -- Ghump, a new picture streaming iPhone and iPad app with unique capabilities, is now available for free download in iTunes. This advanced app has been created by freelance mobile app developer Pedro Correia. The new app Ghump allows users to stream pictures from their iPhone/iPad to devices with larger screens such as a TV, computer or any internet connected device. The app operates wirelessly and there is no need for any additional software or hardware.
Ghump users can start using the app with three simple steps:
- Open Ghump.com on the target device
- Start Ghump on iPhone/iPad and point the camera to the screen with the QR code
- Select pictures
iPhone and iPad users using Ghump on their device can switch between quality or speed, the two image transfer modes. They will also have the freedom to swipe from one picture to the next and zoom, both in and out, while viewing the pictures. There is a new feature on the Ghump website that allows downloading all pictures to the computer with a single click. Using Amazon hosting services, the server deletes all pictures after twenty four hours.
Apart from being an app developer, Pedro Correia also works at night in a child care center, plays in a band called Caelum's Edge, and owns an aerial footage company. Talking about his newly launched app, Pedro says, “Imagine that you are at a party and you want to quickly display that funny picture that you have on your iPhone on a TV for everyone to see. Ghump is currently compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The Android version of the app is already under development.
