Google has revealed they are suing one company which is using these methods, and more will follow, as they crackdown on companies tricking clients to try and put themselves above the competition. Robocallers, which are pre-recorded messages sent to companies to sell services, have been a problem for Google for a number of years, and they've decided they need to act against them to discourage others from doing the same.
