Because of this, Patrick's Heating & Air Conditioning is proud to announce that the company will be contributing to the No Kid Hungry campaign from April 1, 2018, until September 30, 2018.

The No Kid Hungry program brings together private citizens, public officials, and business and community leaders to help combat the harsh reality of childhood hunger. Since its implementation in 2010, the campaign has sought to provide strategies to keep children fed, active, and alert throughout their entire school day, but also beyond it, as well.

That's why they offer programs like school breakfasts, where children eat the day's most important meal together, similar to lunch, which provides an opportunity to ensure they begin the day with the proper nutrition to participate and excel in their school activities and classes. No Kid Hungry also provides after-school snacks and meals to those in need of them.

Sadly, for some children, the last meal of the day is the lunch they eat at school, and providing this service is essential to keep them engaged and active all day. Patrick's Heating & Air Conditioning understands that the need for access to healthy foods is even more critical during the summer months when kids don't get fed at school and could be lacking healthy food options. To combat this, they are donating up to 15,000 meals to all programs of No Kid Hungry, but mainly to keep kids fed over their summer breaks. They also realize the importance of supplementing a hungry child's diet with healthy meals.
