Drivers can event fold the front passenger seat down for an additional eight feet of length for longer pieces.

VW engineers redesigned the 2012 Tiguan to improve fuel efficiency to follow their “Think Blue” campaign. Engineers used the turbocharged engine more efficiently and were able to improve fuel economy from 25 mpg to 27 mpg.
