Denver, CO -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/15/2012 -- EZRent Apps has created a new Android OS app that allows the renter to create a rental application complete with signature, which can be emailed straight from the renter’s phone.

The Android app helps streamline the application process by allowing the renter to build and save a complete renter profile. The app contains all the necessary sections and categories to form an entire rental application that property managers require. Once a renter’s profile is finished, he or she can then sign the application on the Android smartphone, generate a final “pdf” with signature and email the final application from the Android smartphone.

“The rental process has always been a bit tedious,” says EZRent Apps co-founder, Stanley. “The standard application process doesn’t allow the renter to react quickly, which can impact if you get the place you want. This app eliminates all those steps in the middle. By embracing smartphone technology, there is less waiting for both the landlord and renter. Think about it, we text from our phones, browse the web on our phones and email from our phones. Why not fill out and send rental applications from our phones as well?”

As Stanley further explains, “We want to empower both the renter and the landlord. By allowing the renter to send an application within seconds, both benefit. Landlords can receive and process applications faster, and renters can get the place they want versus having someone else beat them to the punch.”

EZRent Apps was created by a husband and wife team that manages numerous rental properties, and is driven by finding technological solutions to the rental process.
