Heraklion, Crete -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/06/2012 -- The Association of Professional Tour Guides of Crete and Santorini decided to upgrade its - unique in Greece - online web-service application for tour guides / members and the travel agents of Crete (http://www.tgc.gr, please note entrance is available only for members/guides/travel agents).

After 5 years of continuous operation and predicting the needs of our time at the new data, with target the significant improvement in speed, quality, usability and safety data, the collaboration and information platform of guides was written from the beginning in ASP.NET MVC3 by EYEWIDE Internet Marketing Agency (http://www.eyewide.gr) and new elements were added.

The platform is the gateway where one partner Travel Agent can find a readily available guide with criteria of date/s and spoken language/s. The guide can manage the availability calendar through a P/C as well as via SMS. (Moreover, the guide has also access to communications and text file tutorials).
