Iherb responded that they appreciate comments and feedback from their customers and will "forward to management your suggestions".
Well, Sigg confided that he knows the answer.
He explained that the $10 promo of the "rival company", is actually a "store credit" which you can only spend within their company.
On the other hand, he added, "iHerb's discount of $5 is real income opportunity. If your accumulated iHerb cash rewards exceed $300 for any given month, you have the option to "cash out".
"This is not possible under the present rules of the "rival company", he elaboarated.
Sigg, further expresses his apology for any inconvenience brought about by their previous press release headlined "iHerb.com Increases iHerb Coupon to $10" which recently appeared in several press release directotories.
He said, "... the idea was so good, I thought it was going to last a while ... and maybe, become even permanent!".
"Unfortunately, it didn't", he said pensively.
The iherb discount promo of $10 officially ended on March 31, 2012, and goes back to the original $5 for first-time buyers.
