Originally from Brazil, Dr. Garcia completed his studies at the prestigious State University of Rio de Janeiro in 1997. After moving to the U.S., Dr. Garcia continued his education at the USC School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Science degree. During his time at both universities, Dr. Garcia was an honor student and also was part of the staff as a teacher assistant.
