This traditional event occurs only one time annually and is limited to one thousand non-Italian cyclists. The event attracts thousands of cyclists who enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
GustoCycling is pleased to be an active participant and major tour operator of this event which has been protecting and upholding the traditional White Roads of Tuscany (Strade Bianche).
The launch of L'eroica dates from 1997, with more and more people taking part in the event each year. The event is representative of clean cycling a sustainable lifestyle and preservation of the environment.
The Tour package is based on arrival on 3-October-2015 and includes three nights accommodation in a variety of farmhouses, castles and wine estates, four-star hotels or agriturismo. This also includes guaranteed registrations to participate. GustoCycling will have their own stand and bike mechanic to help with all setting up the bikes.
Tour operators will be available to support participants at the L'eroica 2015 event. Tour participants are able to participate in one of four routes, which make up the event. These include 38 km, 75 km, 135 km or the 205 km route.
The beginning and ending of the event is at Gaiole. Tour operators will have a stand at the event site to meet and greet the cyclists and provide the welcome pack, along with registration details for the event. Spaces are limited, so it is important to book as early as possible. In the lead-up to the event, route and other detailed information about the tour will be available through GustoCycling.
