The export value came up to USD 23.30 billion, dropping by 4.2% YOY; the decrease rate was cut down by 7.5% compared with that at the beginning of 2009, indicating the significant decline in the YOY decrease rate. With the recovery of Chinese economy, Chinese electronic component & device industry will further restore. In 2010, Chinese semiconductor industry will realize the growth rate of about 10%.
